I am currently going through the registration process with the Victorian State Government, until that time, you can find regestered Auditors here DHHS Auditors

I love the food industry. I started washing dishes when I was 14 and continued to gain trade skills and experience across a wide range of food businesses, later I worked in government Food Safety regulation and now I help businesses with understanding and meeting the various government requirements and Food Safety skills needed to run a business in our modern world.
I want to empower you and your business so that you can operate without doubt regarding your product safety or the result of your next Council inspection and can do his through training in a useful way on site, preparing the Food Safety Program for your site, in a way that is useful and usable by your business and in evaluation of your risks to put you the best possible position to operate in comfort.
